This absolutely stunning boy came in for a pamper this afternoon. He left super shiny and smelling baby fresh. After being such a good boy, he was even treated to a peanut butter braid. I’m not going to lie, this is probably the most serious and still I’ve ever seen him. His face could tell you exactly what he thought of the experience 🤣 #goodboy #diydoggroom #bristolrawdog #smellingfresh

These 2 gorgeous pooches popped in to stock up on raw food and treats. It was great to see them and we hope to see them again soon. #bristolrawdog #dogs #rawfeddogs #welovedogs

This beautiful boy stopped by today to pick up some birthday goodies. We hope he enjoys the rest of his day and know he will have been spoiled. #birthdayboy #happybirthday #friday

We’ve had a HUGE Anco restock. All chews, rolls, braids and other goodies are back in! #bristolrawdog #naturaldogchews #naturaltreats

Our community all love Leucillin and we go through gallons of the stuff. We have restocked our usual sizes - 50ml dropper, 60ml sprays, 150ml sprays, 250ml sprays and 500ml sprays. We’ve also bought in more of the first aid kits as these sold out on 2 days past time we had them in. We have also brought in the 3x 30ml spray bottles which are handy to keep in handbags, first aid kits etc. #restock #leucillin #bristolrawdog

We’ve been waiting to meet this gorgeous boy for a while now! He finally popped in for some treats. It was great to meet him, he is a well mannered confident pup and we look forward to watching him grow. Thank you both so much for bringing him in to see us - we love him 💙💙💙 #bristolrawdog #puppiesofbristol #socute #lovehim

Our @dougiespets freezer has been refilled again today. Venison, beef, rabbit and lamb are all now back in stock. #bristolrawdog #delivery #bristolrawdog

Yes… we KNOW we’ve only just put the Halloween stuff out 🎃🤣 But apparently we’ve already moved on because the first of our Christmas stock is now hitting the shelves for those of you who like to get organised early. Some of you probably don’t want to hear the C word yet… We don’t care. 😂 We’ve got some brilliant Christmas bits coming in over the next couple of weeks, so let’s start with this year’s doggy advent calendars 🎄🐾 🐟 Skipper’s Fish Advent Calendar All fish, so a great one for fish lovers or dogs that need something a little gentler. 🐶 Woolf Advent Calendars These are always really popular. Behind each door you’ll find a few little treats, often with a mix of different proteins throughout. 🦃🪶 JR Premium Advent Calendars We’ve got Turkey and Ostrich options this year, plus they come with a whole pack of JR treats to spoil your dog with on the big day. ❤️ Good Boy Advent Calendar A lot of our customers already love Good Boy treats. They’re not as natural as some of the others but they are rawhide free, low in fat and a really well-priced option. And for those of you currently thinking “absolutely not, it’s October”… Don’t leave it too long. 👀 We sell out of advent calendars every year. And this is only the beginning. We’ve got so much more coming for Christmas 2026 and we are feeling slightly smug about some of the goodies we’ve managed to get our hands on. 🤣 Keep watching. Your dog should celebrate Jesus’ birthday too and be completely spoiled. They bloody deserve it. 🎄🐶 #BristolRawDog #DogAdventCalendar #ChristmasForDogs #DogTreats #christmas2026

NEW NOVEL PROTEIN TOPPERS HAVE LANDED 🦘 We’ve added two new options to our JR Pure Meat Topper & Mixer range: 🦘 Kangaroo 🪶 Ostrich Both are made from 100% meat with no additives, preservatives, fillers, offal or herbs. Perfect for adding something different to raw, wet or dry food and an easy way to introduce a less common protein without buying a large amount. They’re also a great option for dogs who need a short break from raw after an operation or upset tummy, especially for owners who still want to keep things simple. And while we’re shouting about the new ones, don’t forget we already stock a selection of the JR toppers too, including beef, hearts, salmon and more. We’ve also just restocked the Pure Sprats, which are always a lovely little addition for adding fish and variety to meals. These came in as part of a huge JR delivery, so the shelves have had a proper restock and plenty of favourites are back in too. So whether you’re looking for something familiar or fancy trying one of the more unusual proteins, there are plenty of options on the shelf now. Available in store. #BristolRawDog #NovelProtein #DogFoodTopper #RawFedDogs #dognutrition

Please share!! Has anyone local lost this beautiful pigeon? It’s got a tag. It’s been in my car park since last night and cannot fly out - we think it’s got an injury. It’s been desperately looking for food so we’ve had to be a little creative as it doesn’t want raw meat, cold pressed or dried food! We would love to either reunite with owner or find someone to care for it. We are feeling alittle out of our depth, we don’t know much about birds! #sendhelp #lostbird #bristolrawdog

Followers, please help us out as we are spoiled for choice! We are struggling to agree on a new collar and lead set for Zeus. Ian will not let me buy them all so I’m turning to you guys to help me pick. He is lilac and tan and we want something that will pop against his colouring! Drop your suggestions below! Thanks. 🫶🏼

We love the purple and grey mix of this @bullybillows collar and lead set. It looks so beautiful on the gorgeous girl. She popped in today to buy a new set and we think it was a good choice. #dog #bristolrawdog #collars&leads #bullybillows

Wow! First day of our @bullybillows launch and we’ve already sold some beautiful lead and collar sets. This beautiful boy looks fantastic in his Tan combat lightweight collar and lead set. #bullybillows #bristolrawdog #lookinggood

Bella & Duke update 🐾 We’ve got something brand new in the freezer AND a special offer running on one of their existing ranges. 👀 First up, the brand-new Bella & Duke Complete Meatballs have arrived at Bristol Raw Dog. Available in: 🥩 Grass-Fed Beef 🍗 Chicken These come in 600g bags and are a complete and balanced raw meal, developed by vets and nutritionists. They’re made with 85% meat and 15% vegetables, berries + more and the individual meatballs make them really easy to portion. They also defrost in around 60 minutes, making them a really handy option for smaller dogs, busy days, fussy eaters or for anyone wanting something easy to portion without defrosting a whole block. And while we’re talking Bella & Duke… Bella & Duke Raw Basics: 5 packs for £10 🎉 The Basics range is designed as a more affordable complete raw option, with 454g packs available in: 🐄 Beef 🐔 Chicken 🦆 Duck 🦃 Turkey 🐑 Lamb 🐟 Fish & Chicken The range contains a minimum of 70% meat, bone and offal, alongside vegetables, berries and functional oils. Normally priced individually between £2.19 and £2.49, you can now mix and match any 5 Basics packs for £10. So whether you’ve been wanting to try the Basics range or you fancy being one of the first to try the brand-new meatballs, both are available in store now. 💛 And yes… the meatballs are every bit as chunky as they look. 🤣 #BristolRawDog #BellaAndDuke #RawDogFood #RawFeeding #bristoldogs

We’ve been keeping this one a little quiet… 👀 But it’s finally time to show you. BullyBillows is now available at Bristol Raw Dog! 🖤 We’ve brought in a carefully selected range of their collars, leads and harnesses, including some of their gorgeous premium and Billowthane styles. We’ve chosen a mix of colours and designs that we think you’re going to love, with options ranging from everyday walking gear through to the chunkier tactical styles. We’ve wanted to expand our walking range for a while, but we didn’t want to just fill the shop with anything. We wanted products that felt good quality, looked great and gave us plenty of choice for different dogs. And now they’re here. 😍 Available to buy in store now. I’ll be showing you more of the individual styles, colours and sizes over the next few days because there is FAR too much to squeeze into one post. 🤣 #BristolRawDog #BullyBillows #DogAccessories #DogWalkingGear #bristoldogs

Sorry for the late post but I’ve only just finished for the day! This beautiful boy popped in for his raw and other goodies. It’s always nice to see him 🩵 #bristolrawdog #latenightfinish

We’ve restocked our nutriment treats. We have everything back in stock with a few extras including the new bacon and egg sticks. If you asked us to hold you some of the popular salmon skin strips, they are now ready for you. #nutriment #treats #bristolrawdog #restock

Now on to some of the boxes unpacked today! Halloween toys are out. Being that we are now in October we thought we had better get a move on - Christmas stock (yes I said the c word) will be following next week! #halloweentoys #newin #bristolrawdog

This gorgeous girl loved her pamper in the groom room today. She came out smelling like baby powder and her coat was super shiny. We are so pleased that everyone loves using the facilities - everyone so far has enjoyed the experience. #diydoggroom #happycustomers #lovethis #bristolrawdog

We always have fun with this duo. One came in smiling like he just got new turkey teeth and the other did a bit of climbing as that’s her thing. Always great to see you guys. See you soon ❤️🩵 #bristolrawdog #dogsofbristol #dogs #funtimes

We had a lovely visit from this beautiful boy who may have had a few crafty licks as he walked past the long lasting chews. 🤣 It’s always so lovely to see him - he has such a sweet nature 🫶🏼. See you soon. #bristolrawdog #bristolfrenchies #frenchie #cute

It’s been a busy Saturday at Bristol Raw Dog with lots of pooches, unpacking of boxes and some pampering in the groom room! We will start with these little fluffies. These were new customers in today and they had everyone fussing. Great to meet you all and we hope to see you again soon. #bristolrawdog #saturday #newcustomers #dogs

Sorry we’ve been a bit quiet today… we’ve been buried under boxes 🤣 We’ve had delivery after delivery arriving and I’ve spent most of the day unpacking, onboarding new stock and trying to find somewhere to actually put everything! So apologies to all the lovely dogs that visited today whose photos I didn’t manage to take 🐾 Apologies for the shop being absolutely FULL to the brim with delivery boxes 📦 And apologies for not showing you all the new goodies yet… because I am DYING to show you what’s arrived! I may have gone slightly overboard 🤣 We’ve got new leads, collars and harnesses, loads of new treats, new raw products, supplements, beds, vet bedding AND a huge new deal coming on one of our raw brands 👀 And there’s still more to unpack. Give me a few more days to get everything onboarded, priced and actually out of the boxes and then I can start showing you properly. There is SO much new stuff coming into Bristol Raw Dog and I am ridiculously excited about it all 🖤🐾 #bristolrawdog #friday #whataday #deliveriesstillcoming

NEW GENTLY COOKED OPTIONS NOW IN STORE With Years dog food now ceased and after seeing and speaking to owners whose dogs have developed eye issues while being fed Years, we wanted to make sure local customers have some alternative options. A number of local dogs have been affected and, for us, that is reason enough to help people find something else. We have now brought in some gently cooked frozen alternatives for customers who do not feed raw or who want a cooked option instead. Nutriment Gently Cooked Medallions Available in: • Lamb, Pumpkin & Broccoli • Beef, Chicory & Broccoli • Chicken, Chicory & Courgette • Salmon, Pumpkin & Courgette These are 87% meat or fish, gently cooked and come as frozen medallions which are really easy to portion. We have also brought in DIBO Fresh Menu: • Salmon • Chicken • Beef • Lamb These are complete, gently steamed meals and another handy frozen option. If you have been affected by the Years situation and need help finding an alternative, feel free to come in and speak to us. #bristolrawdog #gentlycookedfordogs #nutriment #dibo #dogfood bristoldogs

Nutriment delivery arrived today and the freezer is looking much better again. We’ve had a fresh restock of lots of your favourites, plus a few additional extras which I’ll be posting shortly. Nutriment has long been a popular choice with our customers and it’s easy to see why. They offer a great range of raw food including complete recipes, support options and cat recipes, with quality ingredients and added superfoods across much of the range. It’s a handy option for those wanting convenient, ready-to-serve raw meals in a wide choice of proteins. Please note: Nutriment are currently changing some of their packaging. You may notice some products moving from the usual pots with lids to packs with plastic seals instead. Not everything has changed over yet so for a little while we will have a mixture of both in the freezer. The food itself is the same, it’s just the packaging being updated. If you’d like us to put anything aside, just send us a message or place an order. #bristolrawdog #nutriment #rawfeeding #rawdogfood #rawcatfood

What a day! The deliveries continued throughout the afternoon and into the evening! I think it’s been a record day for boxes being dragged throughout the shop. I’m not going to lie, the freezer stuff is away but the shelf stable stuff will have to wait! On another note, dhl decided to take photos of my Leucillin delivery and then take the boxes away with them. Safe to say that I’m glad to be heading home for the night and we will have to sort the rest tomorrow. #bristolrawdog #hardday #alotfortwo

Buying stock at PATs seemed like so much fun at the time but this is the reality! Day one of deliveries and I already have 48 boxes to take inventory for and get out on shop floor! 12 Frozen boxes of Bella and duke away only 36 non frozen to go! This is only a small percentage of what’s on the way too! Sadly Rachael did this to herself - stupid Rachael!! Anyone else regret their own decisions sometimes? #bristolrawdog #deliveries #stupiddecisions

This girlie was our last customer of the day, she is one of our regulars who just wanted to have some fun. She effortlessly jumped onto the counter with a raw roll in her mouth and gave it to us to run through the till - very impressive. She probably didn’t need her humans except to pay 🤣🤣 See you soon. #bristolrawdog #dogsofbristol #shoppingforherself #goodgirl

This lovely pug came by to use the groom room today and left in a lovely warm drying robe. These dogs live the life - what I would have done to wear my dressing gown into work today 🤣 #pug #diydoggroom #cleanandfresh #bristolrawdog

This little pup popped by to pick up food today. She is such a sweetheart and we look forward to watching her grow. See you soon 🫶🏼 @bristolrawdog #puppy #cutenessoverload #puppiesofbristol

Happy Monday! 🐾 We’re back open today after closing yesterday for PATS and apparently we need to get even more creative with how we communicate our opening hours 🤣 We posted on Facebook and Instagram, changed our Google hours and had signs up in the shop for weeks… yet we still had a little convoy of cars trying to come in yesterday. Hands up if that was you 🙋‍♀️🤣 We genuinely had the BEST day yesterday though. We caught up with some of our existing suppliers, met some brilliant new ones, found some wonderful new products and stocked up on a few firm favourites. We also got to spend time chatting with other independent retailers like ourselves, sharing experiences and ideas, which is always so valuable. And, of course, we picked up our Pet Industry Federation Awards finalist stickers 🥹🏆 and got to chat with some of the other finalists too. It was such an incredible day and we’ve come back with lots of ideas, new products to look at and plenty happening behind the scenes. But for now… back to reality 🤣 🐾 We are OPEN today 10-6 🚚 Deliveries will be heading out early this afternoon 🛁 Groom Room slots are already filling up 📱 And I’ll be working my way through the mountain of Facebook messages, Instagram messages and emails that appeared from just ONE day of me not answering them 🤣 If you’re waiting for a reply, I’m getting there! Right… coffee, shop open, and back to it. ❤️ #bristolrawdog #mondaymorning #weareopen

Just a little clarification after yesterday’s groom room post ❤️ We are closed today and currently on our way to PATS, so we’ll try to post some updates from the day a little later 🐾 It’s going to be a really busy day, so I’ll get back to all comments and messages tomorrow morning when we reopen. But first, we’ve been absolutely inundated with messages asking to book in with a groomer, so I just wanted to clear something up. At the moment, our groom room is a DIY self-service facility. You can book the room, use the equipment provided and bath/groom your own dog in a proper setup without having to wrestle them into the bath at home. We are not currently offering a groomer-led service. That said, we would absolutely love to bring the right groomer into Bristol Raw Dog. So, if you know a good, kind, inclusive groomer who would fit in with our incredible community, please tell them to get in touch with us. We already have a large amount of people waiting for a groomer-led service, so there is definitely demand there. For now, DIY appointments are available from Monday. You can book by message, phone or email, and walk-ins are welcome where we have availability. Spaces are already starting to fill, so if you know you’d like a slot, it’s worth getting in touch sooner rather than later. And if you know a groomer who may be looking for a new opportunity and would be a great fit for our community, please feel free to share this post with them. ❤️🐾 #pats #bristolrawdog #groomer

These 2 left the shop clean and smelling like baby powder. Cannot promise they will stay that way though. Thanks for trialing our groom room for the first time, the dogs were so well behaved and we will see you all soon. #bristolrawdog #cleandogs #babypowderscent #groomroom #bristol

Today was a bit of a moment for us ❤️ Our groom room had its very first trial run today with two lovely customers helping us test everything out before we officially open. I won’t lie, I got a bit emotional. One of the dogs using it today is our biggest customer at around 90kg and he is still only a pup. His family have struggled to bath him at home and when I designed this room, dogs like him were exactly who I had in mind. Seeing him stood in that bath today, comfortable, safe and actually able to be washed properly, made all the planning, expense, stress and hard work feel completely worth it. We have already had so many people asking when they can book, which honestly means so much to us. So, after today’s successful trial, we are very excited to say that our groom room will be fully open from Monday morning 🐾 Appointments can be booked by messaging us, calling the shop or emailing us and walk-ins will also be welcome where we have availability. Before using the room, customers will need to complete a consent form. We can send this over when you book or it can be completed before your session. Today was only the trial run but seeing it finally being used exactly as I imagined was a really proud moment. Thank you, as always, for supporting us, trusting us with your dogs and getting behind every new idea we bring to Bristol Raw Dog. Here’s to the next chapter ❤️🐶 #bristolrawdog #diydoggroomroom #newservice #getbooking #soproud

This boy always brings us so much joy. His personality is so fun and happy to please for treats although if you make him do paw too many times before the goods are offered, he isn’t afraid to tell us off - hilarious! 🤣 #frenchiesofbristol #bristolrawdog #cutedogs #thatfacethough❤️

We had such a lovely visit from this beautiful boy today. We are so proud of him and his family for the muzzle and obedience training. He was so well behaved whilst we gave his muzzle a little tweak to make sure it was comfortable for him. We hope to see him regularly for visits and a catch up 💙 #bristoldogs #bristolrawdog #gooddogswearmuzzlestoo #lovehim

This gorgeous regular face stopped in to pick up his favourite @furbabynutritionltd minces. It’s always nice to spend time with him. See you soon. #bristolrawdog #welovedogs #bigdogs #rawfeedingbristol

It’s been a busy Friday with incoming and outgoing deliveries so we only managed to get photos of this beauty. Thanks for stopping by, we hope to see you again soon 🫶🏼 #bristolrawdog #friday #dog

Today’s van is packed! 🚚❄️ After yesterday’s excitement, we’re back to the day-to-day stuff that keeps Bristol Raw Dog moving. Today we’ve got deliveries heading out to Highbridge, BS4, BS3, BS6, BS7, BS9 and Bath, with the van loaded up with frozen orders ready to go. We’re often asked why we don’t ship our frozen food nationally and this is a big part of the reason. We prefer to keep our frozen deliveries local and under our own control. Your order is packed by us, loaded onto our own van and delivered frozen by our own team. No national courier network. No boxes sitting around in depots. No wondering what condition the food will arrive in. It does mean we can’t deliver everywhere but we’d rather offer a smaller delivery area and do it properly. And judging by today’s load, you lot are certainly keeping us busy enough locally 😂🐾 #BristolRawDog #RawDogFood #BristolDogs #LocalDelivery #shoplocal

Just a little reminder that we’ll be closed this Sunday 27th September while we head up to PATS at the NEC Birmingham. 💚 We’ll be spending the day looking for new products and ideas for Bristol Raw Dog as well as catching up with some of our existing suppliers. If there’s anything you’d love to see us stock, let us know below 👀🐾

The new @the.muzzle.movement Mia has arrived. They are so cute and small. These will be perfect for smaller breeds and have plenty of pant room. We have all colours available. #bristolrawdog #muzzlemovement #gooddogswearmuzzlestoo

A wonderful customer update from this pretty girls mummy. She loves her beef trachea and enjoyed having a good chew in the garden today. #dog #bully #customerupdate #bristolrawdog

I’m actually a little lost for words today. ❤️ We’ve just found out that Bristol Raw Dog has been shortlisted as a finalist for Raw Store of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards 2026. I’m proud. I’m emotional. And more than anything, I’m incredibly happy to have the work we put into this little family business recognised by our industry. There are so many long days, early starts, late finishes, deliveries, pallets, freezer restocks, customer chats, problem solving and moments where you wonder if anyone really sees how much goes into running an independent shop like ours. Today, it feels like somebody did. 🥹 To be one of just six finalists means more than I can really put into words. Thank you to every single person who shops with us, recommends us, supports us and has been part of Bristol Raw Dog. We genuinely wouldn’t be here without you. Whatever happens at the awards in November, I’m going to allow myself to be really bloody proud of this one. ❤️🏆 Bristol Raw Dog Finalist, Raw Store of the Year 2026 #bristolrawdog #pif #awards #soproudofus

🐾 BRAND SPOTLIGHT: FBN 🐾 Today’s freezer restock is @furbabynutritionltd and this is one we genuinely love having in store. ❤️ Like us, FBN is an independent family business and they really do go above and beyond for their stockists. That kind of support means a lot to another independent business like ours. 🥩 Raw food with a bit of personality FBN has a brilliant raw range, including completes, 80/10/10 and offal-free options, with loads of different proteins and some really inventive recipes. One of the things we love about them is that they’re often ahead of the curve with quirky recipe ideas, bringing out combinations that are a little different from the norm. Our best seller has to be the Ploughman’s, complete with lactose-free cheese. It sounds a little bonkers, but customers absolutely love it. 😂 🐾 Treats & chews FBN also has a huge natural treat and chew range, with plenty of different proteins, textures and options for everything from training treats to longer-lasting chews. 🌿 Supplements & extras They also have a great selection of supplements and toppers, giving you plenty of ways to add variety or extra support to the bowl. For us, FBN is one of those suppliers that combines quality products, loads of choice and genuinely good people behind the brand. Another independent family business supporting independents and one we’re very happy to support in return. ❤️ FBN fully restocked at Bristol Raw Dog. #BristolRawDog #FurBabyNutrition #RawDogFood #NaturalDogTreats #BristolDogs

Last post of the day before some well earned rest this beautiful Sunday afternoon. We are finally getting round to unpacking some orders and these are new in today. It’s been a busy sunny Sunday and we’ve seen lots of new and regular faces. Firstly we kick off with this beautiful boy. Thanks for stopping by, see you soon 💙 #bristolrawdog #sunday #dogs #welovedogs

We spend all day recommending products to everyone else, so we thought it would be fun to show you some of the things we genuinely love ourselves. 🐾 From Zeus being completely obsessed with anything involving hearts, Harley demolishing yak bars, Ghost loving a good chew, and Alisha obviously choosing a dinosaur toy… to Ian picking the thing that makes the house smell nice. 😂 And then there’s me, completely incapable of choosing just one thing because apparently owning the shop means I want to take half of it home. 🤦🏼‍♀️ These are just a few of our current favourites, and the things that regularly make their way home with us and our dogs. Sometimes the best recommendations are simply the things we use, feed and love ourselves. ❤️ #BristolRawDog #DogShopBristol #RawFedDogs #DogTreatsUK #independentpetshop

👀 SNEAK PEEK… We’ve been keeping a little something quiet behind the scenes, but we’re nearly ready to show you properly. 🤫 Something new is coming to Bristol Raw Dog very soon and we’re honestly so excited about this one. A few of you may already have spotted a couple of clues in the shop… 👀🐾 For now, that’s all you’re getting. 😂 More coming very soon! #BristolRawDog #SneakPeek #SomethingNew #DogShopBristol #comingsoon

This gorgeous girlie stopped by to pick up her raw food for the week. It’s always so lovely to spend time with her ❤️ See you soon #staffie #goodgirl #bristolrawdog #bristoldogs

It’s been a ridiculously busy Saturday where we didn’t manage to take many photos. This little cutie popped in for goodies during a quieter time so we managed to snap these. How photogenic 😍 #dog #dogsofbristol #bristolrawdog #saturday

We met a new friend today - this beautiful boy was a pleasure to spend time with and we hope to see him again soon. #bristolrawdog #friday #newcustomer #goodboy #rescuedog

Next up from today’s deliveries, Raw Treat is fully restocked. ❤️ This is another brand that has been with us right from the start and one of the reasons we’ve kept it is the huge amount of choice across the range. 🥩 80/10/10 minces A straightforward raw range with a really wide variety of proteins, giving plenty of options for rotation and keeping meals varied. 🦴 And then there are the chunks… This is one of Raw Treat’s biggest strengths. The choice is huge. We stock things like: ✔️ Whole lamb hearts ✔️ Salmon chunks ✔️ Liver chunks ✔️ Kidney chunks ✔️ Chicken breast chunks ✔️ Lamb leg chunks ✔️ Sprats ✔️ Cod chunks ✔️ Beef chunks ✔️ Beef heart chunks Some of the chunks genuinely look good enough for us to eat 😂 The chunk range is brilliant for adding texture, variety, larger pieces and different cuts into the bowl rather than feeding mince all the time. 🇬🇧 Made in Wales Produced in Wales in its own approved facility, Raw Treat is a brand we’ve stocked from day one because of the quality, simplicity and sheer amount of choice. Raw Treat fully restocked at Bristol Raw Dog. ❤️ #BristolRawDog #RawTreat #RawDogFood #RawFedDogs #bristoldogshop

Birmingham Raw is restocked. ❤️ This is another really useful range because there’s plenty of choice without making things complicated. 🥩 454g packs A handy size for everyday feeding, particularly if you like rotating proteins or don’t want to defrost a larger amount at once. 🐾 Plenty of protein choice The range includes both single and mixed protein recipes, giving you options whether you prefer to keep things simple or like to add more variety into rotation. 🥩 Mostly 80/10/10 A large part of the range follows the traditional meat, bone and offal ratio, making it an easy option for customers looking for a straightforward raw mince. 🌿 Offal-free complementary options There are also a few offal-free minces, which can be really useful for dogs who need offal managed separately or for those who prefer to build the bowl themselves. 🐄 Tripe options Always handy to have in the freezer for adding variety, flavour and another texture to the bowl. 🥕 Added veg recipes For those who like some plant matter included, there are also options with added vegetables. A simple, versatile range with plenty of choice across proteins and feeding styles. Birmingham Raw fully restocked at Bristol Raw Dog. ❤️ #BristolRawDog #BirminghamRaw #RawDogFood #RawFedDogs #bristoldogs

A reminder that we are closed on Sunday 27th September so we can attend the largest, annual Pet Trade Show in the UK. We will be attending the NEC Birmingham on the look out for new products, brands and ideas for Bristol Raw Dog. We are also looking forward to catching ip with some of our existing suppliers. If there is anything that you would like us to stock, get in touch. We’ve already started a list of stuff that we want to order 😅

Feeding well doesn’t have to mean making things complicated. Sometimes it’s simply about adding a little variety and understanding what different foods can bring to the bowl. 🐾 A mix of completes, complementary raw and 80/10/10 gives you different ways to feed depending on your dog, your routine and how hands-on you want to be. Then there are all the little extras that can add something useful too. Tripe can be a great addition for variety and is naturally rich in nutrients. Oily fish, like sprats, provides omega-3 fats which can support skin, coat and overall health. Fur-on treats, such as rabbit ears, provide natural fibre and can help support normal digestion. Bones and long-lasting chews give dogs something to work at, helping with chewing enrichment and satisfying natural behaviours. Toppers, including blends with seeds and coconut, can add extra texture, variety and useful nutrients. Seaweed can be used as a natural source of minerals and is an easy way to add a little extra to the bowl. Bone broth is a lovely addition for moisture, flavour and palatability, especially for dogs that need a bit of encouragement with meals. Yoghurt can also have its place. A plain, suitable yoghurt can add variety and may provide beneficial bacteria, although it won’t suit every dog. And then there are the simple things like training treats, natural chews and toys, because enrichment isn’t only about nutrition. Keeping dogs interested, occupied and able to use natural behaviours matters too. Not every dog needs all of these things and some dogs need a much more limited diet. There are so many simple ways to add variety without overcomplicating feeding. That’s what we love about the range at Bristol Raw Dog. You can keep things really simple or add little extras that suit your individual dog. 💚 #BristolRawDog #RawFeeding #DogNutrition #NaturalDogTreats #dogenrichment

Today’s next delivery is in and the Albion freezer is full again. ❤️ Albion has been with us since we opened, and it’s a brand we’ve continued to stock because we really like the quality, consistency and amount of choice across the range. 🥩 Completes Balanced recipes for those wanting an all-in-one raw meal. 🍽️ Feasts A great option for adding a bit more variety, with different combinations and recipes across the range. 🐾 Standards These are offal-free, making them really useful for dogs who need offal managed separately or for customers who prefer to build the bowl themselves. 🥩 Buddy’s Choice 80/10/10 A straightforward meat, bone and offal range with a good selection of proteins, including both single and mixed options. 🦴 Chunks, bones & extras Albion also gives us plenty of useful additions for the freezer, including things like: ✔️ Ox liver ✔️ Duck necks & wings ✔️ Chicken necks & wings ✔️ Sprats ✔️ And plenty more Perfect for adding variety, chewing, enrichment or simply building the bowl a little differently. 🐶 Dried treats in abundance Albion also keeps us well stocked with a huge selection of natural dried treats, so there is usually something for every size of dog and every level of chewer. It’s a range we know well, trust and have happily stocked from day one. Drool has landed, and this is one of those ranges we really like because it offers plenty of choice for dogs who need something a little more specific, as well as some really practical options for everyday raw feeding. 🥩 Standard 454g range Alongside the more familiar proteins, Drool has some brilliant novel protein options including things like rabbit, venison, pheasant and quail. These can be particularly useful when we’re looking for a protein a dog hasn’t eaten before, whether that’s for dogs with suspected food sensitivities, when working through an elimination diet, or simply for adding a wider variety of proteins into rotation. 🐾 Freeflow mince One of our favourite parts of the Drool range. Most of the freeflow varieties follow an 80/10/10 ratio, with plenty of different proteins to choose from, alongside several tripe mixes and other useful options. Because it’s loose rather than frozen into one solid block, you can simply take out the amount you need and leave the rest frozen. That makes it brilliant for: ✔️ Portioning exactly what your dog needs ✔️ Smaller or awkward feeding quantities ✔️ Rotating proteins without defrosting several whole blocks ✔️ Topping up a meal when you’re a little short ✔️ Those “I forgot to take the dog food out of the freezer” moments 🤦‍♀️ We nearly always have a bag or two of freeflow in our own freezer for exactly that reason! 🥩 Boneless beef Another really useful one to know about. Drool also produces a boneless beef freeflow mince, which can be handy when you’re deliberately adjusting or diluting the overall bone content of the diet. 🌿 Tripe mixes There are also several freeflow combinations containing tripe, giving you another easy way to introduce it without having to buy and portion a separate block. Drool is one of those ranges where there’s often a solution for the dog standing in front of us, whether we’re looking for something novel, something simple or just something incredibly easy to portion. Fully restocked at Bristol Raw Dog. ❤️ #BristolRawDog #DroolRaw #RawFedDogs #RawDogFood #bristoldogs

First delivery of the day and the Naked Dog freezer is full again. ❤️ One of the things we love about this brand is the choice. There are complete recipes, Superfoods and PURE 80/10/10, with both core and more unusual proteins. 🥩 Original range Complete recipes with meat, bone and offal alongside fruit, veg, oils and botanicals. 🌿 Superfoods Complete recipes with added ingredients such as turmeric, ginger and other plant-based additions. 🐾 PURE 80/10/10 A simpler meat, bone and offal option, with both single and mixed proteins. The range includes familiar favourites alongside novel proteins such as venison, wild boar and kangaroo. 🥣 Smooth mince Naked Dog has a softer, more uniform texture, making it easy to portion and ideal for dogs who prefer a smoother mince. 📦 2 x 500g trays Easy to store and handy because you can defrost one 500g tray at a time. 🦴 Bones too We also stock knuckles, marrow bones and necks in beef and venison for suitable dogs. 🇬🇧 Made in Suffolk by an established UK manufacturer. A really versatile range with plenty of choice for different dogs and different feeding styles. Naked Dog is fully restocked and the freezer is full. ❤️ #BristolRawDog #NakedDog #RawDogFood #RawFedDogs #bristoldogs @nakeddograw

Last pics of the day had to be this face. 🥹❤️ When the humans have had a long, hard day, Zeus is still sitting in the van looking at us like this. That face is honestly everything to me. The little tongue, the eyes, the completely innocent expression. 🥺 Alisha, however, has a slightly different description and thinks he looks like he needs a little extra assistance. 😂🤦🏻‍♀️ Either way, he’s absolutely perfect to me. ❤️🐾 #Zeus #BristolRawDog #BullyLove #DogLife #familybusiness

We met a new pup this afternoon. This gorgeous cane corso girl was so good and calm and it was a real pleasure to be introduced to her today. We hope to see her regularly so we can watch her grow 🩷 #canecorsopuppy #sosweet #nicetomeetyou #bristolrawdog

Today’s big restock is one of our own favourites, quite literally. ❤️ Bristol Raw is our own-label raw range, introduced to give our customers a straightforward, affordable raw option without overcomplicating things and it remains the cheapest raw range in store. 🥩 80/10/10 The majority of the range follows the traditional 80% meat, 10% bone and 10% offal ratio, with plenty of different proteins to choose from. Many are single-protein recipes unless clearly labelled otherwise. For example, our rabbit contains 5% chicken liver, which is clearly stated on the label. This makes the range useful for customers who like to keep feeding simple, rotate proteins or avoid particular meats. 🐑 Lamb Tripe Yes, we know… it absolutely stinks. 😂 But dogs tend to disagree! Green lamb tripe is naturally rich in beneficial bacteria and digestive enzymes, making it a popular addition for supporting digestion and a healthy gut. It’s also highly palatable, so that unmistakable smell can be particularly tempting for fussier dogs. It’s a handy option to add alongside other proteins or include as part of your dog’s usual rotation. 📦 Two sizes, for different needs Bristol Raw comes in both 454g and 1.3kg chubs. The 454g size is great for: ✔️ Smaller dogs ✔️ Trying a new protein ✔️ Rotating several proteins ✔️ Households with limited freezer space The 1.3kg chubs are brilliant for: ✔️ Larger dogs ✔️ Multi-dog households ✔️ Dogs eating bigger daily quantities ✔️ Using less packaging when you know what your dog eats well 🇬🇧 Produced for Bristol Raw Dog Our range is made for us by an experienced UK raw food manufacturer, allowing us to offer a simple, practical and affordable range under our own Bristol Raw name. No fancy tubs, no unnecessary extras, just good-value raw with plenty of protein choice. And because it carries our name, we are very particular about what we are happy to put into our customers’ freezers. Bristol Raw is fully restocked and ready to go. ❤️ #BristolRawDog #BristolRaw #RawDogFood #RawFedDogs #BristolDogs

Another Dougie’s delivery has landed, so we thought we’d give this range a little spotlight because there’s a lot more to it than you might realise! One of the things we love about Dougie’s is the choice. Whether you’re rotating proteins, avoiding certain ingredients, feeding a simpler mix or building your dog’s bowl yourself, there are plenty of options. 🥩 80/10/10 Traditional meat, bone and offal mixes with a good selection of single and mixed proteins, including some more unusual options for dogs who benefit from plenty of variety. 🌿 Superfoods Raw mixes with added fruit, veg and superfood ingredients, giving you another easy way to add variety to the bowl. 🐾 Complementary & offal-free options Great for DIY feeders, dogs who need certain ingredients managed separately, or anyone wanting a simpler mix. The range also includes tripe mixes and other useful options for building or adjusting the bowl. 🥦 Veg blocks & Superfood Veg Blocks A really handy way to add plant matter without having to buy, chop and blend everything yourself. 📍 Made by a North Yorkshire-based pet food company Dougie’s is based in Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire, with locally sourced ingredients at the heart of the brand. The team behind it has more than 20 years’ experience within pet food production, animal nutrition and raw-material sourcing. And one of the things we really like about Dougie’s is the portioning. Most 560g sleeves are split into 4 x 140g blocks, making them really easy to portion, particularly for smaller breeds or for anyone who likes to rotate proteins regularly without defrosting a large amount at once. A really versatile range with plenty of choice for different feeding styles. ❤️ Dougie’s fully restocked at Bristol Raw Dog. #BristolRawDog #DougiesRaw #RawFedDogs #RawDogFood #bristoldogs @dougiespets
